VRYX acts as a service provider (or data processor) for the information synced from your e-commerce platforms. We process this data strictly on your behalf to perform the services you've requested. You remain the controller of your store data; we are the tool that helps you manage it.
Account information: when you sign up, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
Business and store information: we collect your company name and BigCommerce store details necessary to provide our integration services.
Distributor credentials: access details for your distributor feed(s) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption before they are ever stored, and are never displayed back in plain text after submission.
Payment information: billing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full payment card number.
Contact data: information provided via our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
We use your information to operate our services, sync your catalog, facilitate billing, and provide support. We do not sell or "share" your personal information (as defined by CCPA/CPRA) for advertising or third-party tracking purposes.
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate VRYX Labs: Supabase (authentication and database management), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (application hosting), and Spacemail (operational email delivery). Each operates under its own security standards and privacy practices.
We employ industry-standard encryption and role-based access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VRYX Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any data breach or service interruption, provided we have maintained commercially reasonable security safeguards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own account credentials.
